Putting to use my experience and history with ellucian/SunGard Higher Education/SCT in building and maintaining that same software for the ellucian customer base.

Banner HR Development: Integrated with Banner HR team beginning in April 2011 to resolve outstanding issues with legacy COBOL payroll and feed to finance programs which access multiple Oracle tables and contain embedded SQL. Analyzed and resolved multiple issues with FLSA processing. Monitored BNA Tax website in order to analyze regulatory tax changes and implement required changes within the system and release to clients. Provided critical functional and technical testing of IPEDS changes for 2012 IPEDS project.

Began foray into Banner world between Financial Aid regulatory efforts. Addressed many outstanding COBOL defects both for Letter Generation and the HR Payroll modules. Integrated knowledge of COBOL with knowledge of SQL to resolve syntax errors within dynamically generated SQL selection requests based on user selected parameters. Continued Financial Aid Regulatory work supporting Electronic Data Exchange, Loan processing and Common Origination and Disbursement XML processing..

Joined Information Associates Research and Development team as a programmer. Remained with the company through several acquisitions and changes as Information Associates transitioned to Westinghouse, Management Science America, Dunn and Bradstreet and then Systems and Computer Technology. Supported multiple products within the Information Associates ERP product line in a number of different roles including developer, installation and customer support.
