Projects range from working with corporate biodiversity risks and dependencies to driving carbon reduction initiatives, designing operating models for sustainability as well as designing sustainable business strategies.

As part of the Digital Innovation team, I supported the start-up of the Digital Lab at Nets. The Digital Lab has been established to accelerate innovation and improve time-to-market at Nets. I have supported a wide range of start-up activities, such as recruiting new team members, internal stakeholder alignment, creating an innovative office space and setting-up external collaboration with universities. Moreover, I have supported the set-up of an internal Innovation Incentive Program, as part of which I was responsible to design and facilitate Nets' first "hackathon".

Being part of the Continuous Improvement team in IT at Nets, I set up an internal knowledge sharing platform describing key processes in the teams Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This platform is used for internal process alignment, as well as for documentation of external software certification. When setting up this platform, I focused on balancing the need for process documentation and flexibility in software development. Moreover, I supported the design and implementation of team KPIs, which are now a crucial component in increasing transparency and efficiency along the SDLC.

Working for the Corporate Frist Choice Office at Deutsche Post DHL, I supported the execution of the Lean House project in the Corporate HR department. I was primarily responsible for the process optimization track, where we identified and implemented a range of improvements, primarily in the recruitment process. Moreover, I supported in the execution of trainings and created e-learning material, which was made available to the entire organization.

Frankfurt Am Main Area, Germany

Working in the Energy department of the German development bank, KfW, gave me good insights into the field of development cooperation and relevant trends in the infrastructural energy sector. I supported the project manager on two infrastructural energy projects in India and I supported the planning and execution of the KfW Energy Sector Seminar in Frankfurt in 2012.
