As part of the enlarged administration structure, a role was created to coordinate the planning of large scale national and international events on behalf of the Star Pubs leaders.• Accountability for the management of the Star Pubs & Bars event calendar.• Ensure all events are aligned with the Heineken UK brand led agenda.• Create and drive best practice within hospitality, ensuring high standards are adopted and agreed ways of working become the norm within Star Pubs & Bars to ensure the best possible customer experience.• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate best value, adopting a global approach to procurement.• Responsible for managing hospitality within agreed budgets and driving value for money.• Plan, support and attend Star Pubs and Bars key colleague and brand led and contracted events including implantation briefs, conferences, trade shows, forums, horse racing, golf days, Heineken Cup, Champions League and Europa League football, festivals etc.• Responsible for all administration and logistics for key hospitality and events.• Influence operation teams at all levels to ensure compliance with Heineken UK customer hospitality policy.
