 Perform analyst duties related to restaurant accounting including calculating and posting journal entries and detailed analysis of P&L trends Prepare P&L monthly, quarterly and annual close schedules for Management and Audit review Liaison between field management and corporate office  Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research pertinent variances  Complete ad hoc analysis and accrual projects that span over several accounting groups to ensure consistency and accuracy in the accounting department

 Perform analyst duties related to GL accounting including calculating and posting journal entries and detailed analysis of corporate GL trends relating to the corporate expenses. Prepare P&L monthly, quarterly and annual close schedules for Accounting Management and Audit review Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research pertinent variances  Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation Complete ad hoc analysis and accrual projects that span over several accounting groups to ensure consistency in the accounting department
