Responsible for major enterprise accounts, providing software, hardware, technical support and Cloud services/servers to Fortune 500 customers. Managed U.S. and International accounts. Winning the Volvo global software contract (headquartered in Sweden) was a superior accomplishment. Great relationships were formed so Volvo never went out to bid again. A few other key accounts include Continental Tire and TIAA-Cref. Major vendors include Microsoft, IBM, HP, Symantec, Adobe, Lenovo, etc.I later retired from SHI when Microsoft took direct control over all reseller major accounts, several of which were mine. I then decided to pursue my love of photography and craft my skills and efforts in a new direction.In my career, I was considered a "hunter," but was valued for customer retention. My book of business always required several senior-level inside reps to assist with customer needs ... and I appreciated my assistants immensely.
