CurrentJudy is an inspiring coach and mentor in all aspects of business management with a particular interest in customer experience (CX), employee engagement and helping businesses to develop highly motivated teams.As Customer Experience Director in Norfolk and Suffolk, Judy works with businesses across the region to help them achieve consistently great customer experiences which deliver on the bottom line. Utilising a unique model for achieving a great CX Experience, solutions to build engaged teams and high business performance outcomes are a key focus.Judy is also a Licenced Practioner in Motivational Mapping - a self perception inventory which is highly effective in business, education, charities and public sector organisations.Earlier experience included spending 8 years working in the food and wine industry in Australia, primarily in sales and marketing. Back in the UK and in addition to business advisory to food and land based businesses, Judy was a manager of a large protected soft fruit farm in Norfolk. More recently, Judy supports and works in many business sectors including law, education, care, retail and tourism.Her depth of knowledge from a wide background of industry together with her natural ability to communicate with people at all levels, is a great asset to any business.
