My journey in co-designing and implementing next-frontier innovations began as a jazz saxophonist in Birmingham, Alabama, where I started my professional career in 1985, sponsored by Hyatt Hotel & the American German Society. Those early days in music, combined with studies in Cybernetics, Philosophy, and Competitiveness, shaped my cross-disciplinary approach. Over the past four decades, I've built cross-cultural networks and ecosystems with leaders and organizations in more than 35 countries across Asia, Africa, North/ South America, and Europe:1) DRIVING HIGH-TECH ZERO CARBON INNOVATION & GEOPOLITICAL ASSET GROWTH PLATFORMSSince the late '80s, I’ve initiated cybernetic simulations and partnered on early Circular Economy platforms with IBM, Siemens, UBS, and SWICO, co-implementing the first Impact Matrix from 1992-1995. Today, I drive sustainable transformations through innovative Material High-Tech (Nb, Nano, Li), Social-Tech, and AI-driven Geopolitical Platforms. As Co-Founder of Formula Air Grand Prix, I’m supporting advancing 5G-AI-EV propulsion technologies and air mobility ecosystems for sustainable cities.In the Global Industry Transformation (GIT) 2010-2030 project, we collaborated with 40+ entities across China, Japan, India, Brazil, Germany, and South Korea to revolutionize industries in Brazil-India-China (BIC) markets. This initiative advanced low-carbon solutions and value chain innovation, fueling economic growth across key sectors.2) DRIVING GLOBAL PLATFORMS OF CONSCIOUS GEOPOLITICAL CEOs/NEXT GEN LEADERSThrough 350+ international CEO searches, strategy consulting, and transformation projects, I’ve coached and mentored CEOs and Next-Gen leaders globally. I co-developed 'The CEO LEGACY' platform with FDC-IMD in 2012, now a dynamic platform for over 100 CEOs. Since 2021, I’ve co-built the AYP Business School in Lima and Boston, focusing on inclusive education for Gen Z talents.My academic foundation, including a Magister Artium in Philosophy & Informatics, an MBA, a Ph.D. in Economics (as Project Head for the Swiss National Science Foundation), and a Professorship in Global Business Transformation at San Marcos University since 1998, has enriched my executive, strategic & research journeys.I continue to fuel my passion for conscious transformation through interdisciplinary expertise in System Dynamics, PyTorch, NLP, Jazz-Metaverse Realities, EKAM & as certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Currently, contributing to the UN 'SDG Cities Taskforce,' empowering NextGen AI-Tech leaders for geopolitical & sustainability challenges.
