Inspired by the great potential and creativity of millions of Latinx youth who find themselves underemployed to survive due to a lack of access to quality education, preventing them from realizing their potential and securing employment that aligns with their talents and capabilities, we have designed comprehensive training and empowerment programs. Our offerings include Entrepreneurship programs (Pre-incubation and incubation) as well as specialization in high-demand short careers in the market (E-commerce and Digital Marketing, Project Management, Instructional Design and Digital Didactics, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation). Our organization proudly comprises professionals and volunteers from various countries in Latin America, the USA, and Europe, all driven by a strong sense of service. Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Mentors, and Coaches contribute their best to create a space for learning, collaboration, and personal and professional growth for everyone. Strategic Components: Virtual Classrooms: Live classes with a virtual platform in Moodle to deliver training programs and assess the performance of our young entrepreneurs. Circular Entrepreneurship Incubator: Pre-incubation and incubation programs aimed at validating, enhancing, and scaling business ideas. Talent Bank: A job board and professional development platform to create job opportunities and facilitate ongoing professional development. We have significant potential to create opportunities for young individuals as a multidisciplinary, multigenerational, diverse, and inclusive team. Our strength lies in recognizing the unique intelligence of each individual, believing that everyone can maximize their potential with the right conditions and emotional support. Our personalized coaching system and specialized mentoring provide crucial support to our programs, making the Aprende y Prospera experience unique and allowing us to address youth unemployment in a creative and comprehensive manner.
