I was grabbed by personal development in the mid 1990’s when I was heading up large county-wide, Social Work services. I trained to be a coach in 1999, fell in love with NLP and took the big leap into entrepreneurship when I started my first business as an NLP trainer and coach in 2002.I started collaborating with Tony Burgess in 2003 and in 2004 we joined forces setting up the Academy of High Achievers. In 2005 we joined forces as life partners!Whilst continuing to deliver NLP programmes, in 2008, we became 'Authorised Partners' with Wiley (Inscape as it was then) when we started helping trainers and coaches to use the Everything DiSC model and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team profiles through our DiSC certification programme and on-going support.Since that time, in addition to using the Everything DiSC and the 'Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team' tools to support a range of public and private sector organisations, we’ve also trained and supported hundreds of internal and external HR professionals, trainers and coaches to successfully add Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors to their tool kits.We love variety and also enjoy delivering Havening Practitioner training, Belief Change Practitioner training and of course, coaching and training programmes.Like so many trainers, in March 2020 we moved all of our courses online and whilst we will start delivering more ‘in person’ training, we will continue to deliver online training as well.Thank you for reading this (if you’ve got this far) and please do connect and reach out for a virtual coffee if you feel aligned with what we do!
