HR business partner to the Medical, Finance and IT Directors, together with the General Manager of the Irish Sales & Marketing division. • Managed departmental change activities and re-design of job roles.• Developed career structures for individual specialist roles, resulting in increased employee retention.• Designed and introduced assessment centres for recruitment, improving quality of recruits and short term retention.• Coached managers to develop a performance led culture.

HR business partner for a new centralised IT division formed as a result of the Glaxo Wellcome merger in March 1995, comprising 200 employees located across 4 UK sites.• Worked closely with the IT Director to successfully harmonise multiple groups post merger, managing an initial wide scale redundancy programme, followed by integration of appointed employees.

Designed and managed a 2 year intensive graduate training scheme.
