Currently working on a project of Ericsson India Global Pvt Ltd as RF Planning & Optimization Engineer- MBNL Project (3UK Operator), United Kingdom.• Analyze & Suggest Recommendation to improve throughput & Coverage.• Verifying planning data with GA/DD drawing/initial planning data.• RF KPI Evaluation and Analysis (Accessibility, Retainability, Integrity, Mobility).• Route Cause analysis for KPI degradation if any found then improvement planaccordingly.• Parameter Auditing at Cell Level and System Level.• Optimization, Recommendation & post KPI Analysis.• Calculating the Prediction Plots for FDD-LTE parameters of individual and Clusters sitebased on the inputs of link budget and audit Physical data. Also comparing the Predictionplot Coverage of 4G (RSRP, SINR) with the drive test coverage level.• LTE KPI analysis such as RRC Setup Success Rate, RRC Drop Rate, PS Drop Rate, LTE HOsuccess Rate (X2 & S1), PS ERAB Setup Success Rate, PS BLER, UL Interference etc.
