Secondment to IAG system change project as Personal Lines Pricing representative - development of new pricing algorithms.Provide technical analysis and training to front line sales staff on importance of good dataDevelop simple calculating tools for staff to use.AchievementsOrchestrated a significant change in rating structure for the State business as part of a system change project.Was promoted to the Personal Lines Pricing Manager Role during the IAG restructure, brought about by IAG purchasing NZI & the merging of the two companies.

Trade Marketing Analyst - analysing the effect of promotions on products against competitors in FMCG. Also demand forecasting for the production of Treasures Nappies in the Australian market.

Developed forecast models for in the import of new vehicles for sale in the NZ market, this was post tariffs being lifted & manufacturing in NZ had all but ceased.

Analysed traffic flows on the Akl motorway structure. Worked with external contractors for the implementation of the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) inductive loop traffic recording.
