Collection, assessment and reviewing of evidence of disability and functional impairment in accordance with organisation policies and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act and Rules. Excellent ability to make analytical decisions based on legislation and evidence, ability to make timely quality decisions on complex cases.Supporting and mentoring/training other team members, whilst ensuring quality decisions and ensuring legislation is followed, ensuring the limitation of risk to the agency.

Mindfulness and Counselling Service

Provide recovery orientated case management support to people who are living with drug and/or alcohol and severe or persistent mental health.Analysis of trends and producing a high quality of record keeping whilst managing and monitoring workflows.Attending stakeholder meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support consumers with extraordinary support needs.

Developing and delivering training and induction activities.
