Murray Human Services (MHS) operate in Echuca, Kyabram, Cohuna, Kerang, Swan Hill. With 240 staff and a large number of volunteers MHS provides Accredited Training, Day Services, Accommodation and ADE's (business that employ staff) to over 260 people with a disability.

The role encompassed managing 9 sites providing accommodation to 70 residents with a disability including one of the 3 largest congregate care facilities in Victoria.
