I am an experienced PMO specialist who enjoys planning, executing and tracking projects and programmes to successful completion. My aim is for PMO to be seen as an asset not an overhead. I work collaboratively, building strong relationships with teams on the ground and client stakeholders. I believe communication is key to maintaining confidence in any project or programme and strong governance will drive a successful outcome. Although it's the new norm, I have been working mostly from home for the last 10+ years. I find it a very productive working environment which enables me to flex my working hours around a roles requirements. I am always available to travel as required but need to have flexibility in base location.
