I am a college junior pursuing a major in chemical engineering with a concentration in drug development. I'm extremely passionate about helping others and making healthcare more affordable and accessible. Currently, I am looking for a summer internship in the biotech or biomedical field.Since I've been at college, I have been working hard to expand my skill set and my impact by joining the Alabi Lab in the Cornell Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering department, spending this past summer researching novel enzyme stabilization techniques in the Institute of Chemical and Bioengineering at the ETH Zurich, and completing the Engineering Leadership Certification Program and becoming a TA for it. At the Alabi Lab, I strive to develop drug delivery methods to help cure undruggable diseases using biomolecular engineering solutions. Through the Leadership Program, I have learned how to become a better team member and leader by honing in on my strengths and improving my weaknesses. With those newfound skills, I co-founded Together for Tomorrow, a club at Cornell that offers free tech literacy courses to underserved populations in the Ithaca community. When I'm not doing academic work, you can find me spending time in nature or teaching barre group fitness classes through the Cornell Fitness Centers to inspire movement and healthier habits in my peers.
