(HNT), a fortune 500 company, and one of the nation's largest publicly traded managed health care companies, helping to advise Board of Directors and working directly with executive management across multiple business divisions, including tax, investor relations, enterprise risk, litigation and human resources departments on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, securities regulations, escheatment, and equity compensation. Assisted in Health Net’s corporate transactions including, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Preparation of HNT's SEC related communications and filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and Section 16 officer related filings, and legal lead on HNT's proxy materials and annual shareholder meetings, including shareholder proposals and voting results. Preparation of Board and committee quarterly meeting materials and records.
