Overall responsibility for TI Media's advertising trading contracts, worth £30m annually, across all media and with the UK's biggest agencies.- Member of TI Media Commercial Executive team.- Responsible for the management and delivery of annual trading contracts with each agency, including negotiating the deal, financial and legal compliance and tracking performance. Reporting our 'live' positions both internally and externally.- Led the management of financial reporting on cash flow and margin from trading contracts. Ensuring we were paid on time and that the deal KPIs were adhered to by trading partners. This became an increasingly key part of my role during our ownership by Private Equity 2018 - 2020.- Developed and implemented TI Media's barter relationships which resulted in a 365% increase in revenue across 2 years.- Aligned and merged acquisitions from Collective Media's commercial deals into the wider TI Media contract framework and mechanics.- Oversaw the contracts for 6 Key Accounts (Direct Client) including L'Oreal, Unilever and Procter and Gamble.- Actively managed and took responsibility for 3 key office moves. Driver behind the commercial teams moving to an agile working environment.- Leadership authority across all senior sales roles in the business in line with the specific remit of my role.
