Prospects and qualifies new clients that employ 20-500 office workers across various industries, utilizing phone, and video demonstrations• Builds and maintains a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.• Presents to and consultatively sells to C-Suite, Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners, andIndividuals that purchase print material and promotional items on behalf of the organization.• Provides a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to anAccount Implementation Specialist.• Works with sales leadership and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customerfeedback.

The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for the day to day support of the Group Sales Department including inbound and outbound phone sales and outreach, lead generation, development of new business, as well as data entry and list management. This position acts as the point person with the company's creative team in generating and coordinating the design elements for all Group Sales marketing materials and with the Marketing department for combined sales initiatives and creative packaging. The Group Sales Coordinator is also responsible for the management of select Group clients, developing and maintaining special offers, and oversight of part time staff. Other duties include: -Answering the overflow of heavy volume incoming phone and email inquiries-Creating accounts-Fulfilling and invoicing orders-Assisting with payment processing, ticket distribution and reporting assistance-Staffing tables and mediating events for added value programs and sales events both during and outside of normal business hours
