Logistics Manager supervising the operation, planning and distribution of NZ & Hunter Valley containers of Oak barrels to wineries.- Manage all logistics/transportation issues and any consolidation efforts in the supply chain for imports as required- Liaising with customers, freight forwarders and warehouse including third party warehouse to ensure material is delivered as per schedule and maintain all shipment records- Arranging shipments for inbound and cross-trade requirements- Manage shared files, check documentation, maintain stock in correct warehouses throughout shipment process. - Liaise with customers & sales team prior dispatch of goods.- Track and trace of all shipments from port of origin through final destination, - Build orders into containers, gather creditor documentation.
