I am a dedicated leader with extensive experience in workforce development, mental health advocacy, and public service, committed to transforming lives and fostering economic growth in underserved communities. My leadership is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of diverse population needs.In my recent role as Regional Representative for U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen, I assisted with initiatives in clean energy, wildlife, conservation, public lands, water management, workforce development, and economic development. I was pivotal in advocating for the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities and addressing domestic violence issues. My work involved, providing feedback for the Senator to connect with the community, attending civic meetings, and engaging directly with constituents to meet their needs.Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong network with companies, government agencies, and community organizations. This network has been key in advancing workforce development, helping over 1,000 individuals secure employment and assisting more than 300 employers in creating jobs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. My leadership focuses on uniting stakeholders to create sustainable solutions that benefit both businesses and communities.Since 2008, I’ve partnered with the Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation, working closely with the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation and Nevada JobConnect to drive impactful workforce initiatives. Connecting people with opportunities and resources has been central to my success.Beyond public service, I developed and led a state-approved soft skills training workshop for Clark County School District students with or without a learning disability, aimed at enhancing employability and preparing young people for successful careers. This reflects my commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders.Fluent in English and Japanese, I am actively involved in the health and wellness industry, the music industry, and assisting political campaigns.
