Represents the student body of the Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Sciences in the University of Miami's senate.

Monitor sea turtle activity along 35 miles of Sarasota County beaches, identifying species, verifying nests, and documenting turtle activity during nesting season. Collaborate with a dedicated team of staff, interns, and volunteers to support the conservation of federally protected marine turtles. Engage in public education about sea turtle conservation and conduct detailed biological data collection and analysis to aid in ongoing research efforts.

Engage with aquarium visitors, facilitate touch tank interactions, and provide informative insights on marine life and ongoing research.

Led and narrated two-hour Sea Life Encounter Cruises, educating the public about the marine environment of Sarasota Bay. Acted as first mate, maintaining vessels and equipment, including trawl nets and aquariums, led nature walks on Big Edwards Island, and performed educational demonstrations.
