I have extensive IT support experience dating back to the early 90's at home, wiring my middle school for the internet, setting up and installing hardware. In high school I assisted annually in our computer lab with installation of new hardware and software. I have decades of customer support experience in retail, manufacturing, and hospitality. I've always been interested in the software that helps any industry solve problems and fulfill specific needs. I prefer to collaborate with folks to find the best solution in a timely manner. It's crucial that the values and mission of my next employer align with my own. I have a strong desire to fulfill the needs of my community members, be that local, state, national or international community. I enjoy helping and teaching others, and am proud when I see folks I've helped achieve their goals. Event coordination has been my long term project, starting an art show business from the ground up, perfecting the process to help artists connect to their communities. I have been focusing on inclusivity and diversity in reaching out to build my larger community. Everyone deserves connection, and to be able to thrive, and it's important to me that my peers are aware of this fact.I look forward to more problem solving and creative solutions in the future!
