Managing a team of 50+ employees. Daily responsibilities of maintaining guest satisfaction, accurate restaurant flow of guests through proper staffing, and running labor to meet final goals. Weekly tasks of creating forecast-centered schedules, interviewing, hiring, & onboarding new team members, and daily coaching of all team members. Monthly goals of monitoring waste, sales, and expenses to ensure high profitability.

Job responsibilities include assisting with organization, performing tasks at various events in order to further advance the development of a strong sense of student life on campus, as well using creativity to assist the Director with tasks specifically for the University.
