• Responsible for 58 clinics and 3 hospitals across the UK and Northern Irelands recruitment of receptionists, animal care assistants, clinical administrator and veterinary nurses. • Advertising each role required, using market knowledge to ensure salaries matched the local market and candidate pools. • Stakeholder management and relationships • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, head hunting and colleges to find the right candidate for each vacancy. • Prescreening a high volume of CV’s to create a bank of candidates to telephone interview. • Telephone interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for the role, salary expectations and motivations.• Arranging face-to-face interviews for candidates, assisting the hiring manager where required in these interviews. • Extending offers of employment to successful candidates. Managing the negotiations on salaries, rotas and benefits. • Processing offer contracts• Ensuring correct right to work documents were obtained. Assisting with visa applications, accommodation and travel.• Achieving weekly and month KPI’s.

Dunfermline

• Preparing monthly invoicing for active projects, ensuring invoices were correct and met the standard required.• Updating monthly financial forecasts.• Working closely with Project Manager to check delivery schedules and long lead procurement items.• Raising and submitting requisitions, chasing overdue invoices, coordinating and mobilisation of offshore technicians.
