About Julia Moore
I am passionate about putting put research evidence into practice to improve outcomes. At the Center for Implementation, we provide capacity building in implementation to professionals in the fields of health care, education, social services, and youth justice . I love coaching and empowering individuals to implement improved practices within their organizations. Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate enough create and teach professional development courses in knowledge translation and implementation. These customized workshops have been delivered to audiences including for a variety of healthcare organizations including Public Health Ontario, Health Canada, and Gold Coast University Hospital in Queensland, Australia. Course content focuses on developing evidence-based programs, implementation and sustainability planning, and monitoring and evaluating programs. Being a part of people’s continued professional development is a truly invigorating part of the work I do.
