- Formulated infrastructure & team program at the University of Colorado Boulder - Earned AACCA Certification - Cheerleading Safety Certification - Sucessfully recruited 18 members via marketing platforms such as: Instagram, Facebook, BuffConnect, mass emails, and on-site recruitment events in order to gain dedicated and like-minded members.- Lead numerous projects resulting in sponsorships - Hired a Head Coach, Two Assistant Coaches, and Photographer for the season- Designed and constructed a budget for the year, pitched it to multiple Boards of Investors and received funding in order to take our team to Nationals. - P & L responsibilities including budgetary & fundraising - Planned and formed an annual events schedule & coaches organizational structure
