GBSM is a third party broker in the chemical, petrochemical, and animal feed industries managing products, waste, transportation, recycling and disposal for our customers• Collect and process hundreds of invoices monthly, review bills for accuracy of detail, identify and dispute discrepancies, approve and input bills into QuickBooks and company expense spreadsheet• Correspond with vendors to ensure discrepancies have been resolved and that the company has received necessary revisions, credits, or refunds• Create weekly payment reports, pay bills, and send remittance advice to vendors• Gather receipts and review bank accounts daily to track company expenses in QuickBooks and company transaction spreadsheet• Reconcile bank statements to QuickBooks and QuickBooks to company transaction spreadsheet and update any missing or incorrect information• Preform duties outside my formal role, such as, scheduling and coordinating transportation of products and waste with shipper, transportation vendor, and consignee. Review and track product samples and laboratory results. Create manifests, BOLs, placards and labels for upcoming loads.

• Assisted with any guest or tenant inquiry, communicated 20+ delivery notices to tenants, and performed administrative duties daily while continuously improving daily processes• Troubleshoot technology issues in office and conference spaces to optimize user experience while maintaining great customer service with 150+ tenants and 50+ guests daily• Managed documents and spreadsheets to maintain accuracy using Microsoft Office applications• Preformed ad hoc tasks including tracking inventory and reordering office supplies, onboarding new hires, assisting in updating the website, and creating marketing and information graphics

• Assisted residents by giving them access to the hall, their rooms, and meeting spaces• Check out various items to residents• Answer phone calls and greet everyone who entered the hall• Check-in and out residents from the hall
