Im responsible for the Operations and Sales in Posh Entertainment Events, my main responsibilities as Operations Director is to deliver high quality experience to my clients, make them talk about it. I also establishing good relationship with local event venues for the future partnerships and collaborations.

* Coordinate transport, arranging full, part and abnormal loads throughout Spain, into Europe and in other countries to provide door-door deliveries* Arrange cross trade, import and export of breakbulk cargoes & project cargoes, FCLs and LCLs both in gauge and OOG.* Optimize logistic processes and systems on a strategic level* Maintain the logistic budget and planning for projects* Negotiate and minimize costs, working within budgets* Give support to Sales team with transport quotations, transit times and import/export costs* Report on a regular basis to Project Manager about project retated issues
