I am a development professional with a background in communication, project management, coordination, and information management. My recent experience and core strengths are primarily at the intersection of programme management, programme delivery and knowledge & information management. Skills and interests include research, development of tailored tools and guidance, organisational assessments, case studies, setting up and supporting systems and processes, information management, and knowledge management. As Senior Programme Manager, I lead and deliver a range of programmes, focusing on both research projects and organisational capacity building projects, including needs assessments, Fit for Partnering, tools and guidebook development, and case studies. Previously TPI’s communications manager, I still manage TPI’s website and content as well as supporting the development of our communications. My background prior to TPI was in emergencies communications and information management. On humanitarian missions to Haiti after the earthquake in 2010, Ethiopia during the hunger crisis in 2011, and Mali during the civil war in 2012, I gained extensive experience in emergency response communications, coordination, reporting, and information management. Working at headquarters and at field-level, I coordinated programme reporting for multiple Oxfam affiliates and partners in collaboration with globally distributed teams.I am passionate about knowledge and learning, and about the opportunities for cross-sector partnerships to multiply gains for international development, through sustainable and innovative programmes.
