    I led an awesome team of Product Leads, Developers, Testers and UX and Visual Designers to take the Sky Kids App from conception to market in just 8 months, through a collaborative and agile approach to product development. We carried out user testing with children every two weeks and iterated the product as a result of their feedback. • Designed a strategic, prioritised backlog of features for the Sky Kids app that delivered on both business and user priorities.• Owned the Product Backlog across both the iOS and Android scrum teams (and later three Feature teams)• Prioritised stories to maintain the delicate balance between new features and sparkles of magical design, managing tech debt and still having a MVP at the end of each sprint. • Pioneered agile development practices for Sky, resulting in other products adopting this approach• Managed four Product Leads and led the wider team, which comprised of 26 people both from Sky and our fantastic partner agency, Ustwo, across two sites and including remote workers. • Communicated progress across the business through two weekly sprint demos• Understood user needs through iterative qualitative user testing with children and quantitative analysis• Ensured the product included analytics to allow future data driven decisions• Understood complex technical architecture to propose solutions for bringing in Search capability into the product• Managed a diverse set of stakeholders, including Marketing, Brand, Engineering, Content and Customer Services• Represented the Product at C-level update meetings

As one of the direct reports to the Director of Track Asset Management, I also actively participated in Senior Management Strategy meetings, hence influencing the future strategy of the Track Asset business.
