Work with a variety of established commercial photographers to build and execute successful marketing campaigns for prospective clients.

Produce shoots of various sizes, hiring crew(s), obtaining location permits, talent casting, creating shoot schedules, production books and managing budgets. While on set ensuring photographer and crew remain on schedule from project inception through file delivery. Coordinate with agencies and brands to ensure the production corresponds with the desired creative result. Recommend appropriate photographers to clients for upcoming shoots. Reviewing estimates and implementing changes to correlate with available budgets. Raise company revenue by researching and connecting with prospective clients to generate production consulting. Skills used in this position include budget management, estimating, client services, account management, account coordinating, and shoot production.

I am teaching undergraduate photography students a course on Commercial Photo Production. The objective of this course is to introduce prospective photographers to commercial production practices. Topics covered will include the varied roles of vendors and clients, interpreting layouts and concepts, approaches to commercial production, and the ability to estimate and negotiate creative/licensing fees and production expenses with prospective clients based on a creative concept.

Daily responsibilities include client communication, social media management, stock requests / image requests for publication, contact database management, digital asset management, client deliverables, pre-production planning, post-production deliverables, call sheets, pre-pro documents, invoicing, expense reports, etc. I am great at multi-tasking and handling a large amount of work. I wear many hats within a small company atmosphere and love being a team player.

I worked as an assistant to six different freelance photographers in the Philadelphia area. Job responsibilities included gathering equipment for photo shoots, setting up lights according to the photographers specifications, and creating marketing proposals to potential clients.

Job responsibilities included working under the Editor-in-Chief and supervising what photographs would potentially be used for upcoming issues. Color correcting, resizing, and contacting local professionals for photographs were my daily tasks.

This internship provided me the opportunity to work closely with staff photographers of the Philadelphia Daily News. I was given daily assignments by the photography editor and my photographs appeared multiple times in the paper. I was given two to three daily shooting assignments while interning at the paper.
