As an intern with the Braves Marketing Team, I contribute to Game Day promotions, social media management, and the execution of 360 marketing strategies. My role involves producing engaging social media content with a strong focus on brand values and maintaining consistency across all 16 UNCP athletics platforms. I also help manage and organize the social media calendar to ensure posts align with marketing objectives and our Fan Engagement. Additionally, I assist in setting up sponsorship materials and Game Day events, ensuring smooth operations and brand alignment from start to finish.

I regularly reported back to the kitchen, providing real-time feedback on customer needs to improve service in the moment. My focus on professionalism and customer service helped create a positive dining experience from arrival to departure, ensuring guests left with a memorable experience.
