In charge of developing the sales of Steels to the automotive customers in CIS countries in accordance with the commercial strategy. Elaborating short, mid and long-term vision and strategy of this product for the OEM and Tier1 customers. Monitoring and analyzing customers' expectations, gather and up-date information about short, mid and long-term projects of each customer and translate them to strategy plans within the given targets, elaborate value creation proposals and supply chain solutions, promote and up-date E-Service solutions.Manage customers' relationships, elaborate contract proposal taking into account all legal and commercial aspects, prepare price and volume offers. Manage complaints in close coordination with customer technical support, evaluate claims on commercial impact, ensure that follow up actions are implemented.Contribute to the marketing approach with information/support, follow the market and competition evolution. Follow receivables and monitors commercial risk in all active customers.

Collect orders from customers and agencies, request check. Booking in line with targets and instructions, define/ agree on delivery, validate prices, assign order to specific mill (based on customer need, rolling possibility and other aspects), request and validation of delivery plans for project orders, order release check.Respond to customer and sales force inquiries, e.g., on technical and delivery datesMaintain customer contacts. Sales price controls and approval process, follow-up of credit limits/letter of credits. Exchange rates management.Send order confirmation to customer, inform on order evolution and manage potential issues.Manage last minute customer request, changing order specification, destination. Manage customer relation and service, customer constraints receipt of material, project shipments request (from order to transportation and invoicing). Organize/ prepare for transport that adequately responds to customer needs, internal transportation policies, special authorizations (e.g., for extra-long shipments).Coordinate with the mills and logistics customer requirements on material readiness and shipments.Proactively inform customers on any inconvenience that might occur during fabrication and transportation. Provide information required by logistics (loading/ product specifics, date of shipment, etc.)Prepare all the required documentation, validate and send it to whom it concerns. Generate credit & debit notes, generate overall customer shipment reports.
