My name is Julia Jacobsen and I am currently studying print and web Journalism while minoring in marketing at Suffolk University.With many skills like writing and reporting, editing, and more, I’m is looking to apply these skills within the communication field or more.During my time at Suffolk University, I was able to join the Suffolk Journal where I currently writes articles related to the arts, music, opinion, profiles, and many more. I was also able to expand on business related writing by participating in Suffolk in the Hub, a student-run ad agency where I was able to meet with different brands and create blog posts and business-related articles for them. Being in both journalism and marketing related fields, I am very interested in joining creative industries wherever I can. Through independent research and passion for the fashion and creative industries, I have also found important skills like forecasting, fashion marketing, copy editing, and more.
