• Oversee and control all aspects of administration on behalf of the Regional Director of Public Health and the department.• Maintain and control all electronic diaries, Ensuring accurate and timely diary commitments are met.• Organise meetings and conferences (internal and external), controlling all aspects in relation to supporting papers and attendance liaison.• Taking, preparing and circulating formal and informal minutes and monitoring follow up actions as required• Provide customer focused service which includes meeting and greeting and looking after visitors • Dealing with high confidential and sensitive information• Track sickness and holiday records
