I am responsible for developing and implementing an integrated technical system lifecycle process leading to the achievement of the outcomes of the HS2 Configuration States and ultimately the delivery of the HS2 railway into service.Key responsibilities include: - Technical Interface Management, - Technical Risk and Issue Management, - System Design and System Architecture, - Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM)- Integration at the Railway level working with Network Rail, Proxy Operator and Department for Transport (DfT)

A member of HS2's Systems Integration leadership team on a mission to make the complex easier to understand and successfully guide the technical integration of the HS2 railway.Accountable for the development and implementation of interface management and configuration management across the organisation incl. supply chain and the technical integration of the HS2 system design.

Oversaw the development of the HS2 project requirement specification, forming the baseline for development of multiple contract specifications through tender and delivery phases with contracts worth >£15bn.

Contributed to the effective management of the Technical Directorate (TD) and supported the Technical Director in managing strategic, operational and stakeholder issues.Developed the directorate’s management plan and operating model to make them fit for purpose.Oversaw the organisation location assessment for the directorate, worked closely with HR team during data consolidation and staff consultation processes.Coordinated a review of the engineering and environmental function of the organisation and its implementation, in order to achieve the resource and capability requirements for the project lifecycle stage.Streamlined and managed the annual business planning process for the directorate (budgets, headcount, programme), in close liaison with Delivery Units and other Enabling Functions in order to develop an integrated product. Managed TD’s workforce plan and role evaluation process; member of HS2’s job evaluation panel.Developed the scope of TD’s management reports to comply with the requirements of the various HS2 governance boards.

Managed an Asset Transfer Project between London branch and head office in Munich within a company-wide cost reduction program to streamline and centralise business processes. Developed business case, project plans and budgets and monitored their progress.Implemented robust risk management processes and effectively controlled change.Developed a business case for the sale and relocation of the bank's premises, which received Board approval and was implemented.

Managed a growth and efficiency program in Supplier Management and Logistics department as part of a division-wide program, which provided a significant contribution to plant's operating income.Implemented Lean Management within Supplier Management and Finance departments. Standardised and optimised processes to improve efficiency and throughput time and implemented performance management to increase transparency of deployed capacities.

Managed both the operational and strategic budget planning process for Supplier Management and Logistics department.

Developed and implemented effectively CAMO+ regulations to fulfil EU air laws.Supported the Engineering team in scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance planning.
