Provide immigration services with emphasis on EB5 and business transactions.

- Led the firm’s immigration consultation team which handled EB-5 project set-up and project review. Communicate with clients concerning potential project reviews and work with the consult department to answer questions from potential immigration consultation cases. - Identify strategy issues for discussion and advise clients on strategy. Assist the client with selecting and retaining professionals. Act as liaison between client and third-party professionals (economists, other attorneys, business plan writers) involved in client’s case, to ensure all parties are informed of strategy and deadlines and all work product is consistent with legal strategy and free of errors and inconsistencies. Provide the client with detailed information about what is needed from them in order to complete the project review or immigration consultation. Review the documents for consistency, accuracy and completeness and provide feedbacks and comments to professionals. - Perform legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, case laws, USCIS policies, and guidance memoranda in order. - Maintain good attorney-client relationship and manage clients through proactive updates, responding to client questions with sound answers within 24 hours, and on-time delivery of filings as promised- Prepared and submitted 6 regional center designation applications with USCIS. - Prepared responses for RFEs/NOIDs for I-526 and I-924. Involved in the analysis of the issues presented in the RFE/NOID and the development of strategies. Reviewed the documents and evidence compiled and prepared the response memorandum. - Retained by Chinese agents/brokers to conduct EB5 compliance review of potential EB-5 projects. Prepared legal memo summarizing findings and analysis. - Filed writ of mandamus petition in the Central District Court.
