This allows production supervisors to have a constant queue of work. ●Created and maintained burndowns for lead SSC craft as they complete production and move to test. This included tracking quality statuses, material impacts, and new influx of work.●Automated the Oracle Pegging Report to assist Factory Planners to identify quickly and efficiently which planned orders to create work orders for based on stations and craft. ● Analyzed remaining material inventory for the original contract of the SSC which identified $1.8M of material that can be utilized on the current Follow-On contract. ●Collaborated with Production Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers to create and maintain the most efficient production schedule based on a master sequence, resource capacity, and decreasing takt times.
