Julia is trained specialist in working with the mind’s influence over one’s health and well-being. She is a scholar in Vedanta, Sanskrit, as well as an expert in Sanskrit Chanting. She studied for 12 years with Swami Dayananda on the nature of the mind and the nature of reality. It is a profound teaching called traditional Vedanta. Julia has sent over 30 years with the best teachers in the field of Yoga, Ayurveda & Vedanta. She has a mission to introduce to yoga India’s original message as learned from her 12 years of study with Swami Dayananda Vedic literature in the original Sanskrit. Julia is a highly regarded scholar of Sanskrit, Vedic Chanting & traditional Advaita Vedanta literature.
