- Management of monthly and seasonal in store marketing campaigns, developing point of sale solutions to drive sales and profit and maximise customer impact. Including budget management and forecasting as aligned to key sales targets.- Providing in depth briefing documents for the Creative department to enable them to coordinate photo shoots, design POS and develop in house literature. Management of briefs from concept to completion, coordinating critical path and sign off process.- Directing the internal Production team to ensure all campaign components are formatted to the relevant specs and are produced and delivered on time and on budget. Ensuring all third party print is channelled through the in house team and recharged.- Management of creation and production of in house magazine distributed via stores, with online orders and relevant press titles to drive commercial awareness in the market place, deliver seasonal product stories to consumers and uplift sales during key trading periods. Continual research into new distribution channels to target more consumers, making recommendations and proposals based on research. - Engaging with key business stakeholders including CEO and Head of Buying to map out, organiser and control the annual marketing calendar. - Managing the relationships between JD and representatives from the retail brands encouraging production of bespoke campaigns and monitoring marketing contributions to ensure they are reflective of the company''s spend commitments and ensuring the product sells through in line with they buyers' projected targets.
