Managed grant funded health and safety program for 12 years. Developed new curriculum, spanning various science and health topics with a collaboration of educators and clinicians. Created new programming when grant criteria shifted to meet needs of community. Coordinated various teaching styles to present information for integration and to encourage learning and health behavior change. Consistently worked with diverse groups of children and adults to provide the highest quality of educational programming. Coordinated helmet safety programs in 17 schools in central Ohio. Provided over 1600 helmets to first grade students in those schools. Maintained a solid relationship across departments and disciplines to provide accountable goals and objectives related to patient and family education as well as community education. Incorporated CORE curriculum standards as well as best practices for education. Also included diversity and inclusion in every program.

Worked with a federally funded “Trio Program” that served 350 NMSU students, assisting them with academic and personal adjustment to college life. Primarily worked with nontraditional college students. Networked with community and university resources

Primary instructor for various therapeutic massage therapy classes, including anatomy & physiology, ethics, pathology, medical terminology, massage therapy techniques. Instructed culturally diverse student base. Provided feedback and outlined clear goals and objectives for students. Maintained accurate records of student progress. Supervised student practical experience in a student clinic.
