Across the world, the pandemic has showed us that many of traditional health benefits are too rigid and suffer from limited personalization when it is needed; our new ways of working are not fully backed up by corporate benefits programs and support for wellness, especially in the area of mental health. At Mercer Marsh Benefits we work with companies that are at the forefront of responding to such post pandemic challenges. We work with companies that recognize that employee benefits are a strong contributor in attracting and retaining their critical talent. We support organizations that are actively seeking to increase their employee engagement by focusing on the aspects of flexibility, mental health, and preventive care. I am based in Singapore and lead a team of wonderful and knowledgeable health benefits consultants. In this role, I will be engaging with companies in Singapore, helping them evolve and balance various priorities when it comes to health benefits: costs, flexibility, relevance of benefits (virtual care and social engagement), innovative services that focus on mental health, and many more!
