Transitioned Agency Services, Non-accruals, Dealer Floor Plan and Foreign Currency loan processing from Michigan to Chicago resulting in the elimination of multiple FTE positions and a budget savings of over $250,000 annually. Liaison between Lending Groups located in Michigan and Lending Special Services in Chicago. Created Business Case to improve interface between Bank Trade and AFS systems which resulted in elimination of hiring additional FTE. Participated in the successful installation of Wire Money Transfer System (MTS) for LaSalle Bank.

Manage department responsible for servicing all Syndication and Participation Loan Portfolio, Dealer Floor Plans, Foreign Currency Loans, Non-Accrual, Charge Off’s and SBA Loans. Responsible for the merger of above functions from Michigan National Bank to Standard Federal Bank including the conversion to AFS accounting systems. Implemented two Syndication loan systems – Loan IQ and AFS Syndication Express. Put into operation the usage of Right Fax for inbound and outbound faxing.

Managed Loan Processing Department for Commercial and Consumer Loan payments, payoffs, rejected items, advances, draw downs and SWAP secured loan transactions. Converted consumer loan accounting system to Alltel (ALS) accounting system. Consolidated 3 regional and 3 satellite commercial operations offices into one office which resulted in a savings of over $1 mln annually. Utilized SAS reporting tool to produce statistic reports for management analysis. Automated commercial loan customer advance and draw down processing. Reviewed and processed loan documentation. Prepared financial management reports. Serviced commercial customers in processing their wire transfers, security purchases, advances and loan payments.
