- Contact healthcare professionals to collect applicable professional documents, filing state licensure, and VISA applications- Liaise with other PPUSA support teams regarding each candidate’s immigration process and touch base with candidates accordingly- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Immigration process- Coordinate with quality assurance team and participate in QA activities to ensure items are completed timely and within deadline- Possess a strong understanding of the PPUSA candidate lifecycle and required credentials for foreign educated candidates to start working as a US Healthcare Professional- Confirm deployment dates and prepare candidates for deployment to the USA- Assist the Marketing department to develop promotional material- Act as a candidate relationship manager through each stage of the candidate lifecycle up to arriving in the USA- Monitor activities, engagement and processes candidates are expected to complete prior to deployment to the USA- Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams and departments to troubleshoot any potential risks or delays and resolve issues as needed
