Observed tutoring and provided regular feedback to our diverse tutor pool, ensuring effective, consistent programming for each student. Presented about Reading Partners to parent groups, and communicated regularly with staff, principal, and literacy team. Supported tutors in implementing Reading Partners’ structured curriculum and ensured a rewarding, impactful tutoring experience. Delivered and supported multiple tutor trainings, regularly incorporating feedback to strengthen presentation delivery and content.

Handled sales and customer relations in non-profit fine art gallery. Worked alongside over 60 Martha’s Vineyard artists to assemble personalized gallery displays on weekly rotations. Promoted MVAA’s mission and acquainted visitors with the association’s historical role in supporting local art.
