• Supervise all problem-solving court staff, including Adult Pretrial Intervention, Adult Mental Health Court, Adult Post-Adjudication, Family Dependency Treatment Court, Juvenile Drug Court, Juvenile Mental Health Court, Marchman Court, and Veterans Treatment Court• Identify obstacles within the problem solving courts and craft solutions, including process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with judges, court staff, contractors, stakeholders, and treatment providers to address needs concerning all issues related to the problem-solving courts • Coordinate training opportunities for court staff and other stakeholders; assist in the planning and dissemination of training material to team members• Represent the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Problem-Solving Courts in the community • Collect and interpret statistical information regarding participants and make appropriate recommendations for systemic improvements • Manage an annual budget of $2 million dollars and ensure that all programmatic and funding requirements are met

• Directly supervised Medication Assisted Drug Court Treatment (MADCT) team members; provided feedback, monitored progress, and made recommendations for improvements; managed, coordinated, and conducted staff trainings • Completed GAIN assessments on all program participants in the MADCT program; collected, reported, submitted, and analyzed participant data for research purposes; maintained data by documenting services and interventions for program participants • Completed written monthly reports for submission to funding sources, stakeholders, and staff members; communicated with researchers and court staff regarding participant recruitment, data collection, and follow-up issues; provided education to undergraduate students at the University of South Florida (USF)
