-Provide health and fitness support to Team Beachbody members -Create a community to motivate, engage, and support individuals to reach their fitness goals-Recognize and work with different levels of fitness -Earn opportunities for personal development

-Differentiate instruction for English Language Learners using a multi-sensory approach-Promote academic achievement for all students by incorporating a variety of manipulatives -Establish and implement whole brain teaching as part of the classroom management -Conduct whole group and small group lessons based on the students learning needs; demonstrated both cooperative and interactive learning-Attend faculty and grade level team meetings -Practice new classroom management and behavior procedures -Lead guided reading groups for a wide span of levels-Proctor New York State Exams (ELA & Math)

- Create personalized workout programs based on each individual client’s needs and goals-Ensure the safety of the members using the facility as well as the equipment being used-Assess clients by utilizing the Polar Health and Fitness Test Machine-Track the progress of each client and adjust program accordingly-Improve the knowledge of the members of the facility on proper use and techniques for the machines as well as overall health and well-being. -Increase health and fitness awareness amongst the student body

-Maintained and operate the Student Union Building in absence of professional staff-Supervised HQ assistants, set-up crew and student run programs throughout the year-Participated in a rotating duty schedule including weekends and holidays-Collaborated with the Director and Assistant Director of Student Activities to accomplish a variety of tasks consisting of AV/Tech equipment-Over looked two specific Residence Halls on campus and informed them of upcoming activities
