- Provide New accounts/Rewards(loyalty program) and Insurance training to 41 Retail stores
- Coordinate, facilitate and provide logistical support for all card department training activities at store level (e.g. venue, prepare training material etc.)
- Create and co-ordinate training schedule
- Track customer card training administration documents
- Provide progress reports of all customer card training
- Update training material in line with unit standards
