Worked on the production and analytical method development of an emerging gene therapy. Gave an internal presentation showing major findings and wrote a final detailed report of work.

Responsible for assisting clients while they are observing on-site testing and served as a liaison to address client questions about testing procedures. Used LIMS system to audit disposal data to ensure samples are disposed of according to client specifications. Provided Project Managers with lists of samples and their supporting information to confirm disposal with clients. This internship also provided me the opportunity to observe raw materials testing, cell banking, small molecule testing, and project management.

Made and served ice cream, milkshakes, waffle cones, coffee drinks, and sandwiches. Operated cash register, exhibited excellent customer service.
